Periodic supervision is attendance tied to structural milestones plus two visits a week during finishing, and it covers what most residential villa projects need. Alongside it we offer a broader level: full-time supervision, with near-daily attendance by a team dedicated to the project for its full duration.
It is usually requested where the programme is tight, the structural detailing unusual, or the owner is out of town and cannot stand over anything himself. It is not priced on the periodic scale, because it is not more visits but a different service: the price is built on team, duration and scope of works, and issued as a specific proposal once the drawings and programme have been reviewed.
