Why Review Before Construction

Yes — this is the most common case. The review is delivered as an independent report with observations classified by discipline and severity.

What is the final deliverable?

A detailed report setting out each observation, its location in the drawings, the code clause breached and the recommended correction, followed by a second review round after amendment.
