For many years, I worked in senior engineering management roles, where I witnessed numerous projects suffer from poor coordination, lack of integrated design, and ineffective supervision that failed to meet client expectations. I also went through a challenging personal experience with several engineering consultancy offices during the design and construction of my own home, which revealed a clear gap between what clients are promised and what they truly need. That experience sparked a fundamental question: Why not establish an engineering consultancy that combines creative design, precise supervision, and a realistic understanding of client needs? This vision led to the establishment of Innovative Standards Engineering Consultancy a firm built on placing the client at the center of every project and delivering fully integrated engineering solutions based on quality, professionalism, and commitment.
