Over many years, I held senior leadership roles in engineering management, where I witnessed numerous projects suffer from poor coordination, lack of integrated design, and ineffective supervision. I also went through a challenging personal experience with several engineering consultancy offices while designing and building my own home. This question led to the establishment of Innovative Standards Engineering Consultancy a firm built on placing the client at the heart of every project and delivering fully integrated engineering solutions rooted in quality, professionalism, and commitment.
